Detroit Pension (ASF) Recoupment

Many Detroit retirees are faced with a decision that must be made in the next few weeks regarding how they would like to have their pension reduced.  “Like” is such a strange word to use here.  In essence, Detroit has given them a few choices that the bankruptcy forced on the city and on the retirees.  This slideshow was put out by the city and provides some of the information released to help those individuals make this important decision.  Bottom line, get the paperwork in on time!
